Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely, then securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
