When will my order ship?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return.

We recommend professional cleaning for our rugs. For decorative pillows, please refer to the specific care label; most covers can be spot cleaned or dry cleaned to preserve the vibrant colors and fabric integrity.
